Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a beautiful area, offering a superb jacuzzi for relaxation. While the location is somewhat long, the stunning surroundings make it worthwhile. However, without a rental car, we spent a significant amount on taxis to various attractions. The rooms were well away from the convention center and secluded from construction, but lacked natural light. Having to use another building's elevator due to the layout was inconvenient.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and I particularly loved the double shower heads and double sinks in the bathroom, but the lack of natural light made the room feel quite dark even during the daytime. The service was top-notch with friendly staff, although they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. The location had its charm with well-kept surroundings and friendly staff, but it lacked a bit of that Disney warmth. The dining options were to my liking, especially the breakfast choices, and the facilities were good overall.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful. However, there was a slight delay in check-in due to room cleaning, but nothing major. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the parks. The dining experience was decent but felt a bit generic. Overall, a great value for a Disney property.
I felt like I was staying in a deluxe hotel at a moderate price, comparable to Disney's standards. The room on the 6th floor was cozy, but the walls were a bit thin. The room amenities, including an autograph book, a Minnie Mouse toy, coloring pencils, and a coloring book, added a nice touch.
The hotel had plenty of outlets and USB ports for all our devices in the room, which was very comfy and adequate. The rooms were serviced daily by friendly and helpful housekeeping staff, with plenty of clean towels and coffee & tea replenished. The nearby cafe with pick-up items was excellent for having almond milk available. However, the room service seemed to have issues with serving guests with a pleasant attitude.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and I loved the double shower heads and double sinks in the bathroom, but they were so loud it felt like my neighbors were in the room with me. The service was wonderful and friendly, making me feel at home with chats about my day. The location couldn't have been better for a vacation resort at Disney. However, the walk to the Grand Destino Tower was quite far after a long flight. The dining options were to my liking, especially the freshly caught fish. The facilities were average but served their purpose.
The hotel rooms were large, clean, and beautifully done up, offering great value for the correct rate. While a bit distant from the lobby, using Lyft made it convenient, with ample parking right by our room. The service was top-notch, with friendly faces and staff going above and beyond. The location was immaculate, featuring a tropical vibe with Caribbean tree frogs and beautiful fountains. The dining options, although great for kids, felt a bit made to a price. The facilities were excellent, especially the spacious, fun-filled pool area.
The hotel rooms were fantastic with great beds and comfy accommodations, identical to our previous stay three years ago. Despite being a bit distant from the lobby, Lyft rides made it convenient. The staff went above and beyond, especially Zoe from concierge. However, the mercado and poolside bar were underwhelming. The location, stuck between Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, was beautiful, offering a fun experience for all ages.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't as clean as expected, with lots of dust under our bed and a dirty toilet, but overall, they were fairly comfortable. We appreciated being close to one of the Disney bus stops, although the wait times were a bit long. The service was excellent, with friendly and understanding staff who even made an elephant towel friend for our daughters. The location, despite some construction nearby, was well-kept and staff members were a pleasure to interact with. The dining options were satisfactory but seemed tailored towards cost-saving measures.
I stayed in a room far from reception, but the bus stop was conveniently close. The rooms were discounted due to construction but were quiet and comfortable. The service was helpful but not overly cheerful. The location in Cabanas 8a was beautiful but a bit messy. The dining experience felt average in the food hall. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were very modern and nicely decorated with a large TV, double sink, and a large walk-in shower; the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, but the walls were paper-thin, making it very noisy at times. The location was beautiful with well-maintained surroundings, although the size of the resort made transportation slightly inconvenient at times. The dining experience was satisfactory but felt made to a price, while service was characterized by courteous and polite staff. Overall, a comfortable stay with some noise concerns and pleasant surroundings.
After many trips to Disney hotels, this one stands out with fantastic views of both Epcot and Hollywood Studios from reception. The staff couldn't do enough to help with any queries, exceeding expectations, but be prepared for larger distances within the resort which may impact your travel times.
My stay at the hotel was delightful, especially because the rooms are indoors and don't have the motel feel. They were ready on time, and I stayed in Casitas 1 due to our late arrival and online check-in. The staff was friendly, going above and beyond the entire time, offering nothing but friendly faces and wonderful service. The location had its own smaller pool with plenty of towels provided and was nicely laid out, big, and lots of fun for kids and grown-ups of all ages. However, the hotel is quite large, so it has FOUR bus stops, which can extend rides depending on which one you get.
The hotel rooms have a nice touch of Disney appeal but lack sound insulation, which may be bothersome. The beds are high, so not ideal for smaller children. The service is wonderful, except for unexpected room entries, but the room service and laundry services are efficient. The location offers beautiful surroundings but lacks lifeguards at the smaller pool. The dining options are varied, though the main restaurant can get busy. The facilities are well-maintained, and the resort ambiance is charming.
